Elastochem is a proud Canadian, family owned manufacturer located in Brantford, Ontario, Canada with a state of the art manufacturing plant.

Elastochem have been making, distributing and selling quality products to their worldwide customer base and beyond since 1987. Elastochem are very proud of their Canadian heritage and have built their business on a foundation of innovative products, technical expertise and above all else—first-rate customer service. Elastochem is one of the last remaining system house manufacturers who pride itself on quality and customer service with a wide range of products and the flexibility to produce custom made solutions.

Elastochem’s passionate team of engineers and chemists leverages cutting-edge technology and rigorous testing to develop solutions that are effective, safe, and reliable. With the recent expansion of their Brantford facility to a 105,000 square-foot space they have increased production capabilities and created high-tech R&D facilities to further their innovation.

Elastochem’s largest divisions focus on building enclosure, featuring Insulthane® Spray Polyurethane Foam and Hygrothane™ polyurea waterproofing membrane. These advanced products enhance durability and provide superior protection for residential and commercial structures

GMS Insulations Ltd

Formed in 2004 GMS Insulations Ltd, a family owned business, has a long successful history in the distribution of Spray Foam Insulation products having distributed Spray Foam Insulation from Canada for almost 21 years. Like Elastochem, being a family-run business means trust and integrity are at the heart of everything we do. We’re not just here to provide products; we’re here to build lasting relationships with our customers. Count on us for personalized support and service every step of the way.

Having conducted a full and thorough research programme by Managing Director Gerry Sheridan the name Elastochem kept coming up as the leading product that ticked all the boxes in terms of quality, consistency, creditable green qualities, technical support and back up. Following further investigations GMS Insulations Ltd then became the distributor for Elastochem’s range of specialty spray foam and coatings for Ireland and The UK.

Since then GMS has developed a network of accredited contractors in Ireland and the UK and Elastochem has achieved a range of approvals and certifications together with a host of other accreditations and recommendations. “We have seen countless examples over the years as to why we made the correct decision as Elastochem has surpassed all other products on the market in terms of quality, performance, technical back-up and support in conjunction with innovation and research and development” says Sheridan.
